BRIGHT BLINKING LIGHTS

While I was driving, my car headlights were off. It has no lights in it. I'm driving in the dark. I was wondering why is cars keep flashing at me?? It's the most craziest think i've seen. Nearly, every 5-10 cars flashes at me.
